Combination of education and experience

Demonstrated experience in coaching, influencing and cultivating relationships in a multicultural environment, including conflict management

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

Excellent organizational, administrative, and management skills, including budget management, excellent judgment, flexibility, and customer service

Experience with and knowledge of developing policies, systems and processes

Prior Experience in higher education, Residence Life

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent additional experience
