Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Create personalized designs that promote prospective student-athlete visualization of Stanford experiences and success.

Exceptional organizational and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Develop creative strategies and build campaigns to promote the brand of Stanford Football to a national audience of prospective student-athletes.

Produce engaging static and motion content for Stanford Football recruiting communications and digital platforms.

Generate creative responses to cultural or industry trends to lead in a competitive landscape.

Aid in the data input, management, and daily updates within all recruiting software and databases.

Aid in the oversight and management of the football program's Preferred Walk-On recruiting efforts.

Recruiting, Playing, or Coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level.

Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines and work effectively with frequent interruptions.
