Overview The Assistant Director of Maintenance is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. This includes overseeing the maintenance staff, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Director of Maintenance is responsible for managing the maintenance department and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This includes overseeing the maintenance staff, scheduling maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. The Assistant Director of Maintenance is also responsible for ensuring that all maintenance equipment is properly maintained and in good working order. Job Skills Required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Work with contractors and vendors to ensure that all maintenance needs are met
• Monitor and report on maintenance activities and performance
