Experience in a leadership role.
Experience with working in a K-12 school food service environment, preferred.
Provides oversight for procurement activities of CNS and ensures that all activities meet local, state, and federal requirements.
Conducts site visits to ensure program compliance related to menu offerings, portion sizes, Offer vs. Serve, recipes and HACCP.
Reports sanitation inspections to PDE as required by USDA. Posts reports online as per local requirements.
