The Assistant Director of Athletics will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Athletic Department
• Assist in the management of the department’s budget, personnel, and facilities
• Provide guidance and support to coaches and student-athletes
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of coaches and student-athletes
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the Athletic Department
• Coordinate and manage special events and activities
• Manage the department’s marketing and promotional activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations
• Monitor and enforce compliance with NCAA and conference regulations
