Master’s Degree preferred or applicable experience in Sports Administration, Educational Leadership, Kinesiology, Sports Science, Sports Medicine or other related academic disciplines
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Maintain knowledge of and compliance with specific NCAA, A10, and Institution rules that relate to this position.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in a high-performance environment
Must have experience leading an integrated high-performance program
Experience working with faculty, athletics staff, practitioners, and student-athletes
Director, Olympic Sports Performance

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a sports performance coach.
Previous strength and conditioning coaching experience with collegiate student-athletes preferred.
Knowledge of rules and regulations of the NCAA, Big Ten Conference and Northwestern University preferred.
Willingness and ability to work early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays. Some travel required.
Develops policies and procedures for the Olympic Sports Performance Department in conjunction with the Athletic Director for Olympic Sports Performance.
Supervises and coordinates strength and conditioning programs for men's and women's sports as required.
