Overview:

The HR Assistant Per Diem is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role will assist with the day-to-day operations of the department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks. The HR Assistant Per Diem will also provide support to the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Detailed Job Description:

The HR Assistant Per Diem will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role will assist with the day-to-day operations of the department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks. The HR Assistant Per Diem will also provide support to the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Assisting with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
• Assisting with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving employee issues
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Maintaining employee records and updating employee information in the HR database
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and other HR-related documents
• Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs
• Performing other duties as assigned
