Overview The Assistant Community Director is responsible for providing support to the Community Director in the management of a residential community. This includes providing administrative support, assisting with marketing and leasing activities, and helping to ensure the community is well maintained and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Community Director is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Community Director. This includes providing assistance with marketing and leasing activities, managing the day-to-day operations of the community, and helping to ensure the community is well maintained and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Assistant Community Director will also be responsible for providing customer service to residents, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of marketing and leasing strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• At least two years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Experience in the property management industry is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of marketing and leasing strategies
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Job Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Community Director
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the community

• Provide customer service to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Assist with budgeting and financial management activities
