Assistant Behavior Analyst Jobs in Arkansas

Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field required.

Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience working with children age 2 to 22 years in school settings.

Completes data review, documentation and reports of functional behavior assessments and BIPs, organize the schedule for BIP reviews at designated intervals.

Participates in parent and team meetings to communicate assessment results and intervention plans.

Obtains parent consent and signatures.

TB Test within the last 60 days (Education Code 49406, Assembly Bill 1667)

Upon Conditional Offer of Employment:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Courses in psychology, sociology, recreation, or related fields are preferable, but not required.

A.A. degree, 48 units beyond the high school diploma, or successful completion of the District Instructional Assistant Proficiency Test

Willingness to complete such training and use non-violent behavior intervention, emergency interventions and physical restraint techniques.

Must complete Pro-Act Training within 6 months of hire.
