The Assistant Athletics Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Athletics Department. The Assistant Athletics Director will be responsible for managing the Athletics Department budget, including preparing and monitoring the budget, and ensuring that the budget is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Assistant Athletics Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Athletics Department. The Assistant Athletics Director will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating events and activities, including practices, games, and other events. The Assistant Athletics Director will also be responsible for managing the Athletics Department personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff. Job Skills Required
