Provides support for company’s Application software, Microsoft 365, Computer Ease, Setpoint Resource Center and SharePoint.
Provides support for company’s telecommunication hardware and software.
Provides employee training on company-wide systems, hardware, and software.

Job Description of IT Asset Technician The IT Asset Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of IT assets within an organization. This includes tracking, organizing, and maintaining the hardware, software, and other IT assets. The IT Asset Technician is also responsible for ensuring that all IT assets are properly documented and accounted for. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of IT asset management principles and practices
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least two years of experience in IT asset management
• Knowledge of asset management software and databases
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
