It Asset Management Assistant Jobs in Arkansas

Bachelor's degree in commercial real estate or finance field, or equivalent experience in asset management or property management.

Perform property inspections to ensure viability, prudent operational performance, fiscal management, and document recommendations into the final review report.

Forecast income and expense projections, capital requirements, risk-return analysis and hold/sell recommendations.

Experience in creating and presenting cash flow models, hold/sell analysis and valuation models.

Analyze rent rolls, vacancy and turnover information, affordability profiles and financial operating statements.

Oversee and monitor the rehab/redevelopment process and exit strategy, ensure compliance with loan documents and agreements.

Preferred qualifications include certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, A+, Network+, or Security+.

Conduct thorough diagnostics of computer errors and offer assistance to end users.

Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

1-2 years of relevant experience.

Familiarity with Hyper-V, Server Manager, Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), and firewalls.

Investigate and resolve software, hardware, and network problems.
