Asset Finance Associate Jobs

3+ years of direct asset management experience, working with a CRE owner/operator, asset manager, or PE firm – multifamily required

Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or similar

Implementing/overseeing strategy at both the property, and portfolio level, with the ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement

Conducting deep financial and operational analysis for a CRE portfolio (hold/sell, asset valuations, market analysis, etc.)

Visiting properties to monitor performance, understand the competitive set, and cultivate market relationships

Coordinate with senior management, property managers, leasing agents, lenders, and accounting in the implementation of business plans for existing assets

Prepare ad hoc analyses at senior management, investment partner or lender request

Coordinate with director of construction, property managers, architects and general contractors on renovations and developments

5-8 years of relevant commercial real estate experience

Review RFPs and leasing proposals prepared by leasing agents as well as subsequent lease documents prepared by counsel

Build relationships with investment partners, leasing brokers, contractors, and stakeholders to further portfolio performance

Qualifications/ Required Knowledge/ Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in pharma, biotech, or health related industry. Program Management experience preferred.

Under the direction of manager, engages with R&D and Commercial team members to facilitate progression of asset strategy.

Manage and tracks progress against plans/goals and maintains single source of truth for asset-specific performance metrics and project information.

Under the direction of manager, contributes to development of cohesive asset teams that think globally.

Under the direction of manager, supports team through governance touchpoints, stage gates and preparation of asset reviews and ensures pull through.

Minimum Knowledge & Skills Required

5-7+ years of experience with a rating agency, banking, or accounting firm

Degree in Finance, Math, Computer Science, or other analytical discipline

Excellent Excel, coding skills (e.g. SQL, Javascript, Python, VBA)

Prior experience with transportation (aviation, container, and rail) and consumer assets (sub-prime auto) preferred

Experience in working with rating agencies and modeling scenarios/stress-case

• Collaborate with the CFO to improve and reinforce digital asset key management security protocols and tools.

• Manage the production of payments, reporting, and accounting data related to the entire digital asset portfolio.

• Support financial due diligence and assist with finance Board decks and other communications with investors.

• Have experience managing asset liquidity and overseeing treasury functions resulting from strategic activities, such as trading.

• Have a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in a high-growth environment.

• Have leadership experience, as this role will involve leading a team that may grow over time.
