Assembly Cell Operator Jobs in Iowa

Basic knowledge of controls equipment including flow meters, level sensors and pressure sensors

Communicate with senior chemical operator and team members regarding safety, production, quality, and operational issues

Manufacture batches in accordance with all safety, quality, and efficiency standards by following written and verbal work instructions

Follow procedures to safely and efficiently operate equipment related to the manufacturing of chemicals

Use equipment and instrumentation to monitor pressure, temperature, and other conditions

Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

High School education or equivalent, preferred.

Up to 3 months of assembly experience preferred, but not required.

Monitor the assembly line and related machinery for proper functionality.

Assemble components and position, align, and fasten units to assemblies using hand tools and power tools.

Measure parts to determine tolerances, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer, calipers and verniers.

Pull and load components slated for assembly onto the line and load fully assembled, boxed products into their designated locations.
