Aso Manager Jobs

1 year of experience in Client Service, Human Resources, HR Education, or combination of all.

Offers innovative solutions or overcomes objections when resolving problems.

Advises clients regarding human resources matters, best practices, and employee handbook options.

Identifies and clearly responds to client human resources and employment law inquiries/concerns utilizing appropriate resources.

Builds strong client relationships and provides high quality service in an effort to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.

Proactively and reactively follows up with clients as necessary regarding any HR or employment law topic.

Analytical skills and experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Work highly collaborative, without any micro-management necessary

Manage key paid user acquisition channels while targeting performance LTC:CAC/KPI goals.

Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience and data flow from acquisition and engagement to drive conversions & revenues.

Use reporting and monitoring systems to distill performance to managers regularly.

Manage paid user acquisition channels, such as Apple Search Ads and Google Ads worldwide.

Very strong interpersonal skills, including building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams in remote locations, and with external vendors.

Comfortable with project management, working within fast-paced environments, and delivering on multiple simultaneous projects.

Comfortable presenting and communicating technical ASO concepts and statistical tests to an audience with limited ASO knowledge

Experience working with and managing relationships with ASO partner tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Data.ai, etc.

Experience driving big-picture strategy and execution to support a scaling ASO team

Implement the textual metadata optimization strategy for all the markets: from keyword research to keyword analysis and localization
