The Armed Security Field Supervisor is also responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, as well as conducting regular security audits. They must also be able to respond quickly and effectively to any security threats or incidents that may arise. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in security management
• Certification in security management or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check

• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Knowledge of security equipment and technology
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to security
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures
Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in security management
• Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
• Experience in leading and motivating security personnel
