Overview The Area Sales Leader 1 is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals in a designated geographic area. Detailed Job Description The Area Sales Leader 1 is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales goals in a designated geographic area. This includes developing and managing relationships with key customers, creating and implementing sales plans, and providing guidance and support to the sales team. The Area Sales Leader 1 will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to the team, and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
