5-10 years of applicable experience in consumer goods distributor management and sales performance

Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, intercultural, networking and negotiation skills.

Highly organized and ability to effectively manage multiple projects.

Highly collaborative with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Deliver agreed target revenue, growth projection and profitability for assigned area, US (East)

Establish and build strategic relationships and partnerships with various distributors and customers.

Experience-with and knowledge-of diverse geological environments and ore forming systems.

A good understanding (through education/experience) of the economics of mineral projects.

· Effectively communicating project proposals to management, through high quality memos, reports, presentations, etc.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:

The individual will have strong interpersonal skills which will allow him/her to network effectively with 3rd party interests.
