Area Director Reservations Jobs in Utah

·Strong financial, administrative, and budget management experience;

·Proven leadership skills and ability to lead teams in diverse geographies, often remotely;

·Strategically manage the growth of select practice areas, focusing on strategy, staffing, programming, M&E, and organizational methodologies;

·Master’s degree in relevant technical competency area or equivalent additional work experience;

·Demonstrated experience with strategy development and execution, technical leadership, M&E, and research.

·Problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems.

Must possess a minimum of 2+ years in Reservations Management or Supervision; those with direct luxury experience will be strongly preferred.

Evaluate the staffing requirements and prepare work schedules weekly, adhering to budget goals.

Work closely with the Front Office Manager in determining the percentage for overbooking.

Excellent communications skills with fluency in English required; must possess a superior telephone demeanor at all times.

Monitor and ensure that the Reservations team members perform their job functions to the highest standard at all times.

Ensure that the Reservation phone lines are attended at all times.
