Strong leadership and communication skills

Comprehensive understanding of programs offered through the Fitness, Wellness, and Recreation Department

Knowledgeable about swim lesson program – group lessons, privates, and semi-privates

Knowledgeable about Athletics and Outdoor Programs since we share the same space

Manage all aspects of teaching Swim Lessons to Children and/or Adults

American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Training

Assisting more experienced swimmers to enhance their swimming abilities.

Teach swimming techniques, swimming strokes, and water safety rules to students with varying swimming abilities.

Current Life Guard Certification Preferred

Sound knowledge of proper swimming techniques and water safety rules.

Assessing the progress of students and adjusting teaching programs accordingly.

Monitoring students to prevent accidents and injuries.

Coaching more experienced swimmers to enhance their swimming abilities.

Current Life Guard Certification Preferred

Sound knowledge of competitive swimming techniques and water safety.

Teach swimming techniques, swimming strokes, and water safety to adults and adolescents.

Assessing the progress of swimmers.

Design practices to meet individuals goals.
