Job Description of Appointment Center Representative The Appointment Center Representative is responsible for providing customer service and scheduling appointments for customers. They are the first point of contact for customers and must be able to handle inquiries and provide accurate information. The Appointment Center Representative must be able to multitask and handle a high volume of calls in a timely manner. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
