3-5 years of experience in business analytics

3-5 years + experience with Data Visualization tools (Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Experience with Python, R, or another programming language preferred

Internalized knowledge of basic statistical algorithms such as logistical regression, random forest

Expert level skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing

Deep knowledge on operational processes like customer service, shipping and warehouse management and Oracle E-Business Suite application knowledge in:

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

Excellent documentation skills; methodological experience with AIM

Knowledge/experience with using Oracle Application Tables, SQL, PL/SQL preferred.

This position requires experience and knowledge on the following Oracle Modules:

Designing documents, communicating requirements to technical team members, writing test scripts, implementing, and training end users and IT support staff.

Experience of Facets workflow is a plus

8+ years of experience in related field

In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field

This is for back end and front end

Needs to be able to run queries as well as be able to do product builds in the front end

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required)

· Experience with ATM switching services and/or ATM managed services operations

o Business requirements gathering for development requests

o Write requirements and user stories

o Support applications that have been customized for ATM managed services

o Business requirements gathering with in-country teams to define custom requirements and configuration

o Requirements gathering for integrations with third-party service providers
