Application Services Manager Jobs

Identify, verify and document functional and technical requirements using requirements management methodology and tools

Work with Executive and Management teams to review and ensure that requirements and processes meet established quality standards

Support the project team and business stakeholders with change management based on new business processes and business functions.

Knowledgeable experience in collaboration software like Slack, Zoom, Dropbox and Zendesk

Worked with Digital Asset Management software

In close communication with the business stakeholders and project team members, develop and document product requirements and business processes

Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Working knowledge of managed storage systems.

Knowledge of enterprise-level server hardware and software setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting methods, best practices, and procedures.

Demonstrate advanced technical troubleshooting, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrate clear and effective communications skills.

Proven management experience working as a mentor and leader

Oversee key processes and participate in the ongoing development, maintenance, and risk management of flagship applications

Develop and execute plans and strategies in close collaboration with business teams including executive management

Two or more years people management

Minimum Education and Experience Required

Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products, or other applicable IT operations management software tools.

Demonstrated experience in leading incremental and continuous improvement of software engineers and project managers through differing means

Coach and mentor engineers to help them develop their skills

Manage the team's budget and resources

Demonstrated experience in challenging and inspiring others to provide customer centric solutions

Bachelor’s degree or related experience in technology related discipline

5+ years’ experience in software development

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Minimum 2 years of experience with our Cataract Platform: CATALYS™ Precision Laser System is preferred.

Ability to travel 50-70% domestically is required.

This position is open to the Pacific Northwest Region of the United States: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $68,000 to $110,400.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experiences preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience with our Cataract platform the Catalys Laser system.

Ability to travel up to 70% domestically.

Good organizational and project management skills.

Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.

Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Business acumen in functional area.

Has led small projects or technical activities.

2+ years of experience in data-related or integration role(s); knowledge of data management methods and processes.

Manage the operational aspects of the team including people development and coaching, administrative escalations, time tracking, and resource scheduling.

7+ years’ experience in software development required.

5+ years’ experience in managing and leading software development teams required.

5+ years of experience in web development, omni-channel development preferred.

2+ years’ retail industry experience preferred.
