Experience with using GPS or GNSS survey equipment

Knowledgeable about concepts and policies pertaining to water rights and Western water law

Demonstrated ability to evaluate, compile, and organize data and information from various sources including state or federal databases

Work with database administrators to manage the database

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or commensurate experience in lieu of degree

3+ years of experience working on an application development team

Experience managing development, test, and production environments
