This position is work from home eligible.

There will be after-hours on-call support on a rotational basis (1 week, every 4-6 weeks after 6 months of employment).

Experience supporting units in the use and management of applications.

Equivalent combination of related experience (IT or business), certification and education will also be considered.

Provides monitoring and management of applications and manages issues and communications where appropriate.

Experience working in higher education.

Experience working on technology and application development projects including developing technical requirements and testing techniques.

Experience consulting with internal customers to evaluate requirements and service options.

Prepares feasibility studies, cost and benefits analyses, product evaluation, requirement specifications, designs, and other analyses and documentation.

Data processing management and general administration practices and techniques.

Data management theory, principles, and practices and their application to a wide variety of services and programs.

Principles and practices of application development lifecycle and project management.

Modern and complex principles and practices of computer systems management, analysis, design, and maintenance.

A current resume of all work experience, formal education and training.

Develop and maintain new and existing technology systems and applications for the benefit of internal and external customers.

Develop appropriate requirements, scope, and estimates.

Build trust with our internal & external partners in our knowledge and delivery of technology.

7-8+ years’ experience with coding in C#, SQL, Mulesoft, and JavaScript

Experience with ReactJS is required

Proven experience developing RESTful API’s.

Validates the designing for each application assigned, under the control of the change management application and user development request.

Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or an equivalent level of professional experience required. Masters degree preferred.

Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Effective customer service skills, with the ability to work with all levels within the organization.

Excellent organization skills; demonstrates confidence and creativity.

Performs and coordinates complex analysis, design, development, testing and support services for assigned application applications.
