Overview An Appliance Service Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washing machines, dryers, and other related appliances. They must be able to diagnose problems, troubleshoot, and repair the appliances. They must also be able to provide customer service and explain the repair process to customers. Detailed Job Description An Appliance Service Technician is responsible for providing repair and maintenance services for a variety of household appliances. They must be able to diagnose problems, troubleshoot, and repair the appliances. They must also be able to provide customer service and explain the repair process to customers. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must be able to work in a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial. Job Skills Required
