Apparel Steamer Jobs in Washington

Develop short- and long-term plans to support corporate and/or regional goals with manager.

Be self-motivated to work on/manage apparel projects and participate in team efforts on shared tasks.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience, preferably in an apparel-focused role.

Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of materials and multiple manufacturing processes in relation to apparel.

Knowledge of working with licensed and/or character brands.

Support Manager in leading a solution oriented and results driven sourcing team.

Proactively assist Manager to identify, assess, and implement process improvements to increase efficiencies and accuracy.

Identify suppliers’ capabilities to support and react to chase programs

Knowledge of apparel retail industry

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiating skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
