Apartment Assistant Property Manager Jobs in Arizona

1-3 years of real estate experience in Property Management and/or Real Estate required.

Calculate any pass-through costs for after hour or above base building services for Property Manager’s approval.

Manage new vendor set up process.

Provide support to Property Manager and Senior Property Manager, as needed.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Experience with MRI a plus.

Two (2) years experience assisting with property management

Proficiency with apartment management software, RealPage a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Move in & out inspections

NSF entries and applying open credits

Late notice and fee processing

Work-based experience with Marketing/Social Media Management preferred.

Assist Property Managers as needed with day-to-day property management.

A general understanding of social media management and the ability to oversee multiple media accounts.

Maintain social media pages and manage reviews (Facebook & Instagram)

Plan and maintain the tour calendars for use by the leasing agent and property manager

Manage email correspondence with tenants, prospects, and co-workers

Two (2) years experience assisting with property management

Proficiency with apartment management software, RealPage a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
