Analytics Data Trainer Jobs in Missouri

Work closely with the Workforce Management and Service leaders to create recommendations for business actions based on trends or patterns

Partner with customers to accurately assess needs, recommending new products, services, or approaches to meet analytic requirements as needed

Create and manage reports & dashboards in reporting systems (Tableau and Speech Analytics platform)

Preferred major in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, MIS

Develop reporting, verbal and written communications summarizing key findings; Interpret data, summarize information and present findings.

Project Co-ordination: You will be involved in coordinating various projects, using tools like Jira and Asana to facilitate efficient project management.

Vendor Email Management: Maintain Vendor emails in the Tableau online instance and follow best practices in coordination with IT Ops.

Tableau Extension Add-ons: Manage Tableau extension add-ons, ensuring they are up-to-date and compatible with the platform.

Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred experience or studies in Statistics, Business, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or another related fields

2+ years of Tableau experience

Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels within the organization.
