Typical Minimum Skills and Experience and Education

Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

BS/BA usually requires 6 -10 years direct related industry experience

MS usually requires 4 - 8 years direct related industry experience

Ph. D. usually requires 2 - 4 years direct related industry experience

Experience working in a GxP environment a plus

Manage workload and time to perform multiple projects effectively, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed on a timely basis

Minimum 9 years’ experience, including 2 years’ supervisory experience

Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience, including 2 years’ supervisory experience

Minimum 14 years’ relevant experience, including 2 years’ supervisory experience

Perform impurity identification and structure elucidation activities by High Resolution Accurate Mass LC-MS(MS) and GCMS.

Follow responsible actions regarding chemical disposal

An advanced knowledge of clinical study design and CMC processes.

An advanced knowledge of drug substances and drug product development.

Highly skilled in managing relationships with CROs, CMOs, and testing labs.

Additional experience in scientific roles is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ANDA/NDA/BLA pharmaceutical product development.

Ability to independently provide requisite analytical support in a phase-appropriate manner.

· Hands on experience with method qualifications and transfers, including carbohydrate analysis and peptide map methods

· Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and electronic lab notebook (ELN)

· 2+ years of experience in industrial laboratories supporting production and characterization of protein therapeutics.

· Previous experience in MALS as well as mass spectrometry-based methods will be a plus

· Working knowledge of data processing and analysis tools in Excel, FlowJo, JMP and other statistical software

· Experience with LC, MS and CE instruments handling and troubleshooting
