Experience with IP-RP-UHPLC and AX-HPLC analytical techniques using Agilent, Waters and/or Thermo UHPLC’s and associated software

In depth knowledge of GLP/GMP’s in a pharmaceutical environment

The successful candidate must possess excellent writing and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Characterization of custom phosphoramidites and drug substance by UHPLC and/or LC-MS

Oversee implementation and validation of analytical methods related to starting materials and drug substances at CMOs

Oversee analytical work conducted at CMO’s including raw material suppliers and drug substance manufacturers

Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.

Typically, 4+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience is desired in analytical method development or analytical method validation with emphasis in HPLC.

Experience in working in a GMP regulated environment is also required.

Experience with Oligonucleotide and nucleic acid chemistry is highly desired.

Excellent communication and documentation skills are required.
