Essential Skills and Minimum Education Requirements:

Setup and manage custom-made Power BI dashboards according to internal requests

Collaborating with Project Managers and leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance

Previous experience developing data reports and dashboards preferred.

Great problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of automotive is preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.

Critically thinking to evaluate strategic rationale for a potential acquisition and how the target may create synergies with UHG’s existing capabilities

Basic knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques

Conducting financial due diligence and preliminary integration planning on potential acquisition opportunities

Additional skills and criteria include:

A well-rounded academic background – minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or June 2025

Uses knowledge of business processes to analyze options, define requirements, and create functional designs for technology solutions to business problems.

Responsible for connecting the business needs with the technical teams to provide them the requirements.

Technology related experience a plus
