Proven accounting, finance, 3-statement financial modelling, and analytical abilities;

Strong quantitative skills; Microsoft Excel modelling experience required, familiarity with VBA preferred;

Five years of relevant work experience in similar roles within equity or debt capital markets, investment banking, and/or private equity;

Outstanding organizational skills and a proven self-starter;

Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal);

Assist with evaluating and structuring customized financing alternatives, including cash flow modelling, among other activities;

2+ years of professional experience (preferred)

Responsible for working in daily operations related to all loan sales

Prepare documentation- downloading and printing documents to mail out

Experience with capital markets origination activities across debt markets, specific experience in the syndication and origination of private placement offerings.

Experience in Financial modeling including discounted cashflow analysis, interest rate analysis, and SWAP currency analysis.

Experience with Bloomberg (BVAL, tracking market indexes, individual bond analysis, company profile analysis, and cross currency analysis).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting or Economics

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong understanding of accounting, financial analysis, and corporate finance

Provide credit research support through industry, peer, and company analyses.

Prepares valuations, writes memorandums for private placements, and participates in due diligence and drafting sessions.

Originating and structuring financing opportunities as well as marketing effective solutions to corporate clients and institutional clients

Preparation of marketing and pitching materials and participate in bond covenants negotiation with issuers and legal counsels.

Liaise with internal and external counterparties

Ability to strengthen and grow program management and leadership skills
