Analyst Finance Jobs in Minnesota

Prepare general ledger reconciliations, accounting and financial reports for management, other affiliated Allianz companies, government and regulatory agencies.

May have lead responsibilities for special projects.

5 + years’ experience as a Financial Accountant in Accounting Dept. or similar role.

College level coursework in Finance, Accounting or related field.

General knowledge of Statutory, IFRS, GAAP, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Flexible and knowledgeable with tasks related to both Accounting & Reporting.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Eight or more years of related experience

Eight or more years of experience in financial analysis activities

Superior knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Excellent knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and planning

I am strong at task management and communication- looking to expand my Project Management Skills

Help with change management activities for strategic financial projects (Change Impact Assessment- Communications- Training)
