Analyst Finance Jobs in Kansas

Maintain state-of-the-art knowledge of appropriate analytical skills, systems, techniques, and departmental procedures.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills - able to draw on principles, theories, concepts, and prior experience to determine course of action.

Excellent computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word – experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus.

Develop actionable business insights utilizing data mining and financial modeling skills in support of departmental/corporate decision making.

Perform various other research and analytical project work and assume additional related responsibilities as requested.

1-2 years prior relevant experience with financial analysis (through post-college work experience or internships).

High-level presentation and communication skills, both written and oral, with strong project management, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Assume a key role with the firm's expense management and financial planning processes

Handle ad hoc projects, analysis, and initiatives as may be delegated from firm management

Demonstrated proficiency in business case analysis and some knowledge of financial modeling

Experience with real estate and / or lending or a related field preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint
