Amharic Interpreter Jobs

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in education, languages, sociology, social work, or related field.

Knowledge of translation best practices in educational settings.

Knowledge of specific school-based terminology, such as special education vocabulary.

Ability to apply knowledge to the needs and requirements of a public school system.

Two (2) years of progressively more responsible bilingual language experience, with proficiency in the designated language.

Knowledge and understanding of the culture and customs of the designated language within countries.

Interpreting experience and/or certification preferred

Excellent communication and listening skills

Technical skills for learning/using online portal

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
