Several years of experience in a fixed income trading capacity

Manage a team of 3-5 individual Treasury Analysts to deliver results for the Treasury Organization and wider Kraken stakeholders

Manage creation, maintenance, and interpretation of cash flows, loans, interest earnings, target balancing, and other custom treasury forecasting

Manage treasury operations tools across multiple global banking partners including cash pooling, legal entity cash concentration, and various payment portals

Partner with Kraken’s global OTC trading team to provide robust and reliable global 24/7 settlement services and an extraordinary client experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics. MBA Preferred

Excellent presentation skills, and experience working with senior management

Strong data analysis skills with experience in performance analysis, root-cause analysis, etc.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

3+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, business intelligence analyst or related role

Experience working with BI tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, finance, statistics, quantitative economics or a related field

You will analyze monthly forecast to actual variances and trends.  Identify drivers, concisely summarize and report findings.

You will prepare and maintain Excel based models to forecast and analyze costs.

You will perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

Commercial mindset and highly driven by relationship management and revenue generation

Knowledge of the BlackRock investment platform is preferable

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Help manage risk, liquidity and exposure of the trading desk

Expert Bloomberg, Excel, Power Point and MS Office skills

Track market developments and monitor trading systems in order to give clients accurate product information

Utilize Treasury Management System to input forecast transaction to generate a forecasted positioning

Manage inquiries from internal customers (AR, AP & Accounting), banks & TMS for all BUs

Utilize Remote Deposit Scanner for depositing Company’s checks in bank account on a monthly basis.

At least 2+ years of experience in Treasury within an international company
