Overview The Ambulatory Surgery Center Director is responsible for the overall management and operations of an ambulatory surgery center. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and providing leadership and direction to staff. The Director is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring quality patient care. Detailed Job Description The Ambulatory Surgery Center Director is responsible for the overall management and operations of an ambulatory surgery center. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and providing leadership and direction to staff. The Director is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring quality patient care. The Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
• Previous experience in ambulatory surgery center management
• Current certification in healthcare administration or related field
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles
• Knowledge of quality improvement principles and practices
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
• Previous experience in ambulatory surgery center management
Job Responsibilities
