Educational background in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance.

Experience working with data visualization tools and creating data visualization concepts. (Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power Bi, Looker or similar)

Experience directly managing or supporting an Amazon business ran via FBA is a plus

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

Oversee the crucial initial stages of inventory management, including restocking and managing stock levels.

Manage the end-to-end customer order process, including shipping and returns, to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Demonstrated experience in managing Amazon seller accounts and achieving early sales growth.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Experience with data base management and analytics tools like Excel, Tableau reporting, SQL etc

Experience with advanced database management - SQL scripting and Tableau dash-boarding

Stakeholder communications and relationship management pertaining to service fills, commodity returns and fulfillment challenges

Work closely with internal Supply Chain leaders to drive materials management and liability mitigation efforts pertaining to 3P contract manufacturing outputs

Managing expedited order processing, shipping and receiving requirements as necessary through local storage facility in the US

2 years of experience in Electronics Industry Supply Chain OR 4 plus years’ experience in relevant Supply Chain roles

Prior experience in customer support or account management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

Assist with catalog management tasks, including uploading photos, updating bullet points and product titles, and ensuring accurate content display.

Collaborate closely with the account management team to support their initiatives and provide insights on ongoing seller support cases.

Maintain detailed communication with the account management team regarding case interactions and resolutions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
