Job Description

MODA Works is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Amazon Seller Support Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the account management team to provide exceptional support for our brands. You will be responsible for managing Amazon seller support cases, communicating with Seller Support via phone and messaging to drive cases to a resolution, and assisting with catalog management tasks. Additionally, you will utilize tools such as ChatGPT to optimize listing pages, product descriptions, and search terms. Proficiency in MS Excel is ideal.


This is a flexible hybrid position - 1-2 days in our office located in downtown Seattle. The pay range is $20 - $22 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications - 32-40 hours expected per week. Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Amazon's Seller Central platform is a plus but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High School Diploma required
  • Flexibility to work hybrid Monday through Friday - 1-2 days in our downtown Seattle office
  • Prior experience in customer support or account management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of cases efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed communication with the account management team regarding case interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the account management team to support their initiatives and provide insights on ongoing seller support cases.
  • Communicate effectively with Seller Support via phone and messaging to drive case resolution.
  • Manage Amazon seller support cases and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Utilize ChatGPT and other tools to optimize listing pages, product descriptions, and search terms to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Assist with catalog management tasks, including uploading photos, updating bullet points and product titles, and ensuring accurate content display.
