Overview Amazon Connect Solution Architects are responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Amazon Connect solutions. They work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. They are also responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers throughout the implementation process. Detailed Job Description Amazon Connect Solution Architects are responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Amazon Connect solutions.
