Two or more years successful medical sales/practice management experience and/or 4 years business to business sales experience.

Aesthetics sales background or related experience with a skin care company highly desirable

Strong and effective consultative skills

Strong conflict and problem resolution skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency on excel, word, power point and other software skills

3 months with prior relevant experience (preferred)

Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts to an international audience

Strong organizational skills in the work at hand

Translate Mailchimp’s features into benefits for the customer

Offer competitive insights as to why Mailchimp is, or is not, a good fit for each prospective customer’s needs

Maintain up to date knowledge on the market and competitive landscape

A foundation of strategy, management, entrepreneurship, innovation and disruption, and business experience frameworks and concepts

Knowledge of marketing, strategic advertising, social media, design, and experience platforms

Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations

Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries

Interest in, sales, marketing, market research, campaign creation, copywriting, content ideation, storyboarding, creative storytelling, or experience design

Introductory knowledge of strategy consulting and transformation project risks and strategies for managing and mitigating them

5+ years of relevant manufacturing industry and/or consulting experience

Experience in at least 2 full DMC implementations

5+ years of Implementation experience in SAP ME or SAP MII

Demonstrated problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.

Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project requirements and timelines.

Presentation, spreadsheet, and document development skills
