Coach and mentor value stream leadership and corresponding Facility Managers across the Enterprise.

Audit and verify implementation of our operational safety program at each facility in order to take care of our team members.

Oversee operations for assigned facilities including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), financial performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer service.

Regularly audit, update (document) and train others on assigned business processes to ensure all team members are following known best practices.

Lead the implementation of our culture of continuous improvement including regular assessments based on the Shingo Model criteria.

Manage project implementation including scope, fulfillment of grant deliverables, and project budgets

Three to five years of relevant experience, ideally providing services or outreach to immigrant communities and with experience planning community-serving events

Experience with the challenges faced by immigrant-serving and immigrant-led organizations

Experience supervising staff or interns is preferred

Highly organized and strong interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge and understanding of Salesforce, Excel, and other modern database and information technologies

Certification in substance abuse or experience with substance abuse treatment preferred.

Complete documentation consistent with program and agency requirements

Strong engaging, communication and collaboration skills

Experience working with DCP&P involved families preferred.

Provide therapy and therapeutic support services to families with a history of homelessness or housing instability

Assist parents to make a successful transition to self-sufficient living and improved individual and family stability

Ensure safe discharge to home from skilled nursing facilities

Oversee nurse practitioners providing transitional care services in skilled nursing facilities

Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with geriatric population - preferred

Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

Implement preventative maintenance tasks as well as the ability to perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities on equipment as necessary

Repair, replace and install sensors, actuators, transformers, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, electric eyes, conduit systems, switches, defective writing, etc.

Troubleshoot, repair, replace PLC’s, Servo and Frequency Drives and related electronic hardware

Use blueprints and wiring diagrams to plan and execute electrical repairs and installations

Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing

Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives

Aftermarket experience within automotive industry required

Pulling data and creating report experience

Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores

All required education is a minimum requirement. Higher levels of education are acceptable. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.

1 year Nursing experience preferred.

Registered Nurse - Med/Surg - Float Pool/CRU

Pay Range: $33.03 - $50.45 / hour

This position works under the supervision of a Director and Associate Director and is employed by Mosaic Health System.

Completes assessment/reassessment of patient and documents in medical record.
