When directed, assist management in investigating reports of defective material, workmanship or work sites incidents.

Share technical knowledge with other company employees to enhance accomplishment of assigned tasks.

Knowledge of materials used and safety precautions as applicable to usage.

Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications

Knowledge of methods and techniques in the maintenance and repair of vehicles

Experience operating a tow and trailer

Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities

Performs apprentice level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Upholding JetBlue’s safety performance metric goals and understanding how they relate to their duties and responsibilities

Inspecting, servicing, testing, repairing, modifying, removing and replacing aircraft and cabin components

Complete required paperwork accurately using procedures set forth in the General Maintenance Manual (GMM)

Review and interpret online aircraft manuals

Basic mechanical aptitude and tool familiarity

Performs maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, and repairs

Conducts basic maintenance and cleaning

Must have a valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements, including being at least 21 years of age.
