Ensure reliable data entry to maintain a high level of reporting reliability (dependable statistics) within the TMS.

Review Key Performance Indicators with branch operations, audit proper implementation of client and business unit requirements.

Conduct audits on requirements for RCU / GAM accounts. Implement tools to improve completeness and timeliness within TMS.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following

Optimize operational productivity (templates, rate tariffs, workflows, use of automated documentation, use of referential etc.)

Support the implementation and maintenance of quality processes.

Special certifications may be required by department.

Performs nursing assessments utilizing a variety of assessment methods and/or area-specific tools.

Develops or individualizes existing plans of care and develops goals relative to family needs. Evaluates and documents changes to the plan.

Performs nursing care according to procedures/protocols. Anticipates impending emergent situations and intervenes effectively.

Keeps up to date in nursing practice by utilizing current nursing and healthcare literature for information and problem solving.

Incorporates current hospital and departmental quality initiatives into daily activities.
