Agronomy Distribution Center Manager Jobs in California

5 -10 years of Product Management experience, with a focus on agronomy or agricultural products.

Proficient in product management software tools and methodologies.

Helping irrigated farmers in Nebraska manage water more efficiently and sustainably to protect our water supply.

Product Development: Work closely with the engineering, design, and data teams to translate customer requirements into user stories and functional specifications.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

3+ years of on-site farming operations experience.

Strong project management and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively and implement solutions in a team environment

Strong tactical operations management experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain Management, or related field required

Partner with DC finance leader to develop annual operating budget; monitor site expenses; take action to meet or exceed financial commitments.

Manage capital improvement budget and projects.

Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in distribution, procurement, manufacturing or supply chain

Must possess strong management and leadership skills and demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees.

Manage shipping efficiencies and backorders.

Previous experience with Big Box retailers is a plus.

Excellent working knowledge of safety practices and regulations, including OSHA compliance.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university.

Experience:Five to seven years of effective/progressive leadership experience in a distribution environment.
