Environment of Care (Novice): Demonstrates sufficient fundamental proficiency with set up and maintenance of patient exam room, supplies and equipment.

Provides positive first impressions utilizing customer service skills.

Conducts patient check-in and check-out.

Schedules appointments through clinical communication or direct request.

Ensures point of service collections.

Medical Terminology & Documentation (Fundamental Awareness): The ability to comprehend medical terminology and documentation in an office, or surgical setting.

Self-starter, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, dependable, autonomous worker, current clinical skills, flexible and tactful.

Previous experience in specific nursing area preferred.

Required length and type of experience:

Required licensure, certification or registry:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing

Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.

Coordinates drivers’ pick-ups and delivers to customers’ requirements.

1-2 years of industry experience preferred.

Excellent written, listening, verbal and organizational skills.

Effectively communicates with drivers, customers and internal team members.

Establish and maintains a positive relationship with all drivers.

Assists with driver problems and/or concerns they may have.
