Aesthetic Registered Nurse Jobs in Iowa

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of staff members.

Conduct skill certifications and training sessions for existing and new providers, assisting them in meeting their individual performance metrics.

In-depth knowledge of safety and compliance regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA requirements.

Collaborate with the Medical Director to supervise and manage all clinical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies, protocols, and procedures.

Address and resolve guest complaints or negative experiences by providing effective solutions.

Must possess a strong and thorough knowledge of aesthetic lasers, skin treatment procedures, aesthetician practices and medical practice management

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Needed

Competent to administer all service offerings and maintains up and coming education in the aesthetic space.

Work with the operations department to determine necessary supplies for business management of new locations.

Assists with maintaining an appropriate corporate inventory, notifies management when the inventory is low or needs to be ordered.

Maintains current license(s) in good standing and provides updated copies when renewed to management

RN License or LVN License with IV certification

Knowledge of proper consent and treatment protocols

Maintain treatment suites/rooms in compliance with sanitation requirements

Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education; including but not limited to appropriate state licensure

Licensed RN or LVN License with IV certification

Previous MedSpa work experience (Preferred)
