Regional management of trips as a Trip Designer as needed. The Trip Designer Role entails, but not limited to:
Trip budget creation and management and work with the accounting department to manage costs, projections, and profit margins.
Manage onboarding and training of all new teammates and in-year training as needed.

They must also be able to assess the physical abilities of the group and adjust the trip accordingly. Adventure Trip Leaders must also be able to provide first aid and CPR if necessary.
