Budget Management: Responsible for effective oversight of the program's budget, ensuring resources are used and allocated correctly.

Bachelor’s degree in education, student affairs, or related field or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Master's degree in adult education, student affairs, or related field; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities

Assisting with Nature Areas/ Sensory Garden

Exhibit Interpretation Stations - Additional training required/ At least one rubric evaluation completed.

Biofact Tables - Additional training required/ At least one rubric evaluation completed.

Saturday, February 18th, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Saturday, November 4th, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Proficiency and use of member management system to input programs and individuals into the system.

Training and communication of program offerings to MUSC Wellness Center employees.

Occasionally serve as manager on duty on nights and weekends as needed.

Create internal and external partnerships to maximize clinical program offerings and outcomes.

A bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant program experience.

Accredited personal training and/or group exercise certification.

Associate degree in public service, social work, education, or human development, may satisfy field experience.

Experience and knowledge working with a broad range of issues affecting older adults.

Perform data entry as needed.

Support the coordinator in the set up and cleanup of the older adults programming.

Assist participants with activities during the older adult's program.

Assist the coordinator in the meal program such as serving, cleaning, picking up plates, among others.
